Genuine Aspire™ Nautilus / Nautilus 2 BVC Replacement Coil / Atomizer Heads

These are the improved organic cotton version of Aspire's revolutionary Bottom-Vertical-Coil (BVC) atomizers for the Nautilus, Nautilus 2 and Nautilus Mini. Aspire made their mark within the vaping industry with their remarkable Bottom-Dual-Coil atomizers, which perform and function remarkably well. They have truly outdone themselves with this ground-breaking new atomizer technology. These new coils are designed with a organic cotton wick, providing for a substantially cleaner, purer, and more flavorful taste. The vertical coil design also produces an intensely flavorful hit, coupled with massive vape clouds.

NOTE: Due to airflow restrictions in the Nautilus and Nautilus Mini, the 0.7ohm coils are recommended for use with the Nautilus 2 tank only.

The replacements coils have always been great and shipped promptly. I had to return some that I ordered which were wrong type (my error). E-mail response was quick with instructions and I was able to get them returned. Great place to order.

The Aspire Nautilus is my favorite tank, though I have flirted with other tanks, I keep returning to it. It is a robust build, and parts are available for replacing almost any part of it. The coils are consistently well constructed:It is a rare thing for me to have to throw one away before a week's heavy use. Vapor Authority has a great turn around; from my order to delivery is usually three days! Well done!

This is a revised review after the exceptional customer service provide by VA and Mike; originally I was having issues with the tank lasting about 2 days before a horrible burnt taste/wicking issues. That same day I posted the review, Mike left me a message and a very detailed email explaining what he believed to be the problem. I bought the atomizer with the Milk Man, 'High VG juice.' The first day it would taste amazing then the juice just wouldn't seem to soak correctly, and the cotton would never 'visibly get wet.' Thinking that it may just be the design of the atomizer (despite the other reviews) I'll pass my knowledge received along to others.

The 1.8Ohm is the best low watt tank I've used thus far. I own a lot of mods; a Big Baby Beast TF8 & TF12, a Wismac, and even a couple more. I used to be a big cloud chaser, however I have started to prefer taste/cooler vapes over raw cloud production and the industry is just getting ridiculous with .02Ohm, 60W+ sub-own atomizer/tanks.

My wife uses the Aspire Triton 2 with the Triton 1.8 Ohms atomizer. Comparatively, they are quite similar, but I must say (maybe a juice issue with hers as well. She can only go about a week without having to change the coil-- with this being extended if she starts to drip into the tank after 3 days or so. But she can only get about a week on 70% VG/30% PG-- however I think the Triton tanks are designed for higher VG. I could be wrong about this as well and may try a different ratio in hers as well. I did wish Aspire would put on the atomizers the juice ratios that the tank can use-- I heard somewhere that this atomizer works fine with high VG but I was DEAD WRONG.

While I'm only on day two, the flavor is just as good as the first day I put in and now that I'm using the 'correct' juice type it's night/day.

For the new BVC Nautilus 2 tanks you HAVE to use LOW VG juice; I'm using my own juice at 30% PG/70% VG per Mike's recommendations and it's vaping exactly as it should. Wicking is perfect, no leaks, taste is exceptional and it's going through liquid at a ridiculous rate. (which I take as a sign that it's sucking up juice exactly as it should!) (I hope at some point Aspire comes out with a 3ml Nautilus 2 variant as I do have to fill quite frequently while the Triton 2 holds a lot more.

So for anyone out there you HAVE to use high PG liquid (I use 30% PG/ 70% VG-- you may be able to get away with a little higher VG, but I wouldn't go more than 40%) or it will gunk up the tank/simply won't work on these atomizers. (Mike explained that the wicking holes are VERY small on these atomizers so thick juice just has an impossible time getting inside; Which is a shame because there is a plethora of tasty liquid that is purely for those powerhouse low resistance tanks. However being someone that makes my own liquid, it's fun to try and emulate my favorite liquids and VA has a great selection of liquid that works great in this tank as well. Mike went WAY above the call of duty and listed out by flavor type liquids that work. If I could leave MIKE a review that man deserves a 10 out of 10. He saved my atomizer and now I'm a strict VA customer. Last bit of advice, while it doesn't say you have to (it just says to let it sit in the juice for 2 minutes) I find that if you pre-wick your coil your guaranteeing that you don't accidentally get a dry hit right out of the gate-- so drop some juice on the cotton holes and inside the tank then put her inside the Nautilus. I also recommend a drip right in the tank every now and then just to ensure you're always getting saturation. For the rest of my Milk Man I'll probably pop it in my TF12 or Wismec and finish it off as that juice is downright tasty.

I used to get my gear elsewhere just out of habit, (I won't name drop-- still a fine company, but after this customer service and just the convince of them being located a state away) I'm now a VA convert and also them being located in CA I typically only have to wait a day or 2 with their 2-day shipping which is just a couple bucks more than standard. My previous store was 4 days minimum even with upgraded shipping. If I wanted it sooner I had to drop a good $20 on shipping alone. It's hard to beat the sheer convince of having the product arrive so quickly.
