The Dark Horse RDA by Steam Angel is one of the highest-quality rebuildable dripping atomizers on the market today. One of the most remarkable features of the Dark Horse RDA is its groundbreaking 16 preset airflow control settings. You can customize the precise amount of air that enters into the atomizer when taking a drag, giving you the perfect hit each and every time.
The Steam Angel Dark Horse RDA is equipped with three posts, allowing for experimental coil builds; 12 dual-coil configurations and 4 single-coil configurations. The positive post has a flattened design to help ensure it does not spin. This post is also gold plated, allowing for enhanced conductivity. The negative posts are also squared and securely milled into the deck of the device, providing a truly secure design. Adding to the quality of this RDA, the contact pin of the Dark Horse is also gold plated.
The Dark Horse comes complete with a nylon heat-resistant adapter, as well as Stem Angel’s proprietary “Super Wide Bore” (SWB) stainless steel drip tip. The Nylon material presents a stunning matte finish as opposed to the shiner finish seen with Delrin drip tips. The Nylon material also has a much higher melting point (500°F) when compared to that of the Delrin material (347°F).

- All rebuildable atomizer coils must first be tested prudently with a proper meter prior to it being used, as untested atomizer coils can be extremely dangerous.
- Coils that have been improperly configured or are otherwise faulty can blow your electronic device, which can result in serious injury to you and/or your property.
- Atomizer coils that have been newly constructed must be tested on a meter, then first used on an advanced personal vaporizer (APV) that has all of the appropriate safety features, including short-circuit protection. Once the atomizer coil has been tested and used on such a device, you can then cautiously use the coil on a mechanical MOD.
- Faulty or otherwise improperly configured rebuildable atomizer coils can damage electronic devices, which can result in bodily injury or harm.
